Rippling’s SDR role offers an exciting opportunity for motivated, goal-oriented individuals ready to make a significant impact. As an SDR, you’ll play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel activity by qualifying leads and contributing to the overall sales pipeline.

This role blends high-velocity outreach with strategic selling, and it’s ideal for individuals with a strong sense of urgency, a passion for sales, and a desire to grow their career. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and marketing to build effective campaigns and generate new business opportunities.


What You’ll Do

  • Become an expert in Rippling’s all-in-one workforce platform and competitive landscape

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads based on specific criteria

  • Conduct strategic outbound outreach to upmarket prospects with personalized messaging

  • Partner with the marketing team on outbound campaigns to increase lead flow

  • Prospect into new accounts using proven sales methodologies

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system


What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in Quebecois French (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset

  • Passion for sales and a desire to grow in a competitive, performance-driven environment

  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required


Additional Information

  • This is an in-office role; employees within 40 miles of a Rippling office are expected to work on-site at least three days per week to support collaboration and culture

  • Compensation includes base salary, commission, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package

  • Commission is performance-based and not guaranteed
