Schedule: Monday–Friday, Variable Hours, Rotating Day & Evening Shifts, Rotating Weekends

Position Summary
As a Radiologic Technologist I, you’ll perform diagnostic imaging procedures and assist radiologists in capturing high-quality images, ensuring both accuracy and patient comfort. Your role is essential in delivering compassionate and efficient care across all assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities

Patient Imaging & Care: Perform radiographic exams in assigned areas, delivering high-quality service and maintaining patient comfort and safety—even during unsupervised shifts.

Clinical Support: Provide on-call coverage for Diagnostic Radiology and assist in maintaining daily workflow.

Room Preparation: Clean, restock, and prep rooms to ensure a safe and ready environment for procedures.

Documentation: Accurately document all imaging exams using RIS/PACS systems and patient charts, ensuring thorough records and communication.
Required Qualifications
-
Completion of a two-year college certificate or equivalent in Radiologic Technology.

NYS Radiologic Technologist License required, or a valid NYS permit with licensure obtained within 6 months of hire.

If licensed post-2007, ARRT certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Physical Requirements
-
Medium Work: Ability to exert 20–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.

Frequent walking, standing, squatting, and movement required.

Compensation
Pay Range: $28.25 – $37.00/hour
This pay range represents the base compensation for a full-time hire and may be subject to adjustments based on experience, qualifications, internal equity, location, and additional incentives.
