Position Overview
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement and document portions of individualized therapy programs. Your support helps patients achieve maximum function, recovery, and quality of life after injury or illness—and even prevent future health issues.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless, coordinated care. This role also includes opportunities for contributing to department programs, performance improvement initiatives, and training physical therapy students.

Qualifications

  • Experience in acute care, rehab, skilled nursing, or outpatient settings preferred

  • Solid understanding of physical therapy assessment and treatment methods

  • Awareness of current physical therapy and health care trends

  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities

  • Ability to plan, develop, and implement rehabilitation approaches

Licensure/Certification

  • Current California Physical Therapist Assistant license required

  • Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred

Pay Range
$34.91 – $41.49 per hour
