We’re currently seeking caring, motivated, and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Woodbank House in Omagh. This supported living service provides care and assistance to 16 adults with mental health challenges, offering 24-hour staffing, 365 days a year. As one of our valued Support Workers, you’ll play an essential role in helping tenants develop independent living skills and actively participate in everyday decisions.

Responsibilities of Support Workers
Key Duties and Role Overview
As one of our Support Workers, you will:

Provide personal care and support to individuals with mental health and learning disabilities

Encourage independence and involvement in decision-making

Carry out administrative tasks and record-keeping
-
Support service users in daily activities and community participation
-
Deliver services in line with care plans and individual needs
What We’re Looking For
This opportunity is perfect for Support Workers who:

Hold a QCF/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (or have 2 years of care experience)

Have previous experience supporting individuals with mental health or learning disabilities
-
Are registered with NISCC or willing to register within 6 months
-
Possess strong communication and organisational skills

Can demonstrate empathy, patience, and reliability
