Looking to gain valuable experience in public affairs this summer? The Women in Public Affairs (WiPA) Executive Committee is offering a paid Internship opportunity for 2025. This Internship is open to individuals passionate about politics and public affairs, running two days a week over six weeks. You’ll get hands-on experience supporting events, campaigns, and communications for one of the UK’s largest public affairs networks.

Internship Roles & Responsibilities
As part of this Internship, you’ll:

Provide admin support by updating the website and managing emails

Assist with event planning, logistics, and social media promotion for WiPA’s major summer party

Support the campaigns and comms teams on collateral, promotions, and digital content

Attend selected WiPA events and potentially shadow Executive Committee members
Internship Format and Benefits
This Internship runs from Monday 2nd June to Friday 11th July, with flexible working hours between 8am-6pm. Interns can be based anywhere in the UK but must be available for travel to London on Thursday 10th July for the summer party. Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.
