Job Description:
We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Supermarket Assistant. In this role, you’ll help deliver the warm, friendly service that makes every visit memorable for our customers. As a Supermarket Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring shelves are fully stocked, while building loyal relationships with shoppers through excellent service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities of a Supermarket Assistant
In your role as a Supermarket Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:

Stock replenishment — keeping shelves well-stocked, organized, and looking great for customers

Picking and preparing online orders for home delivery

Minimizing wastage through careful stock rotation and markdown processes

Supporting wider store operations including Click & Collect, checkouts, and customer order fulfilment

Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy environment for colleagues and shoppers
Skills & Experience Needed for a Supermarket Assistant
Essential:
