As an Assistant Go To Market Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the development and execution of impactful seasonal campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, trading, and operations, ensuring campaign components align with GTM objectives and deadlines. The role is key to driving business growth and delivering results for Boots’ biggest initiatives.

Key Responsibilities for Assistant Go To Market Manager

  • Campaign Leadership: Lead and review campaigns by analyzing market trends and creating briefs that align with commercial goals. Ensure nominations match the campaign brief.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams like Marketing, Merchandising, and Customer Experience to ensure smooth product rollouts.

  • Strategic Alignment: Support the GTM function by integrating commercial and marketing plans to align with Boots’ overall strategies.

  • Nomination Management: Ensure product nominations are aligned with campaign briefs in partnership with Marketing and Category teams.
