Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is one of the largest community health centers in the Pacific Northwest, committed to delivering high-quality, culturally responsive, and affordable healthcare services. We offer a broad range of integrated medical, dental, and social services to communities throughout Washington and Oregon.
Our comprehensive care model includes medical and dental services supported by behavioral health care, nutrition counseling, substance use treatment, an HIV/AIDS clinic, community outreach programs, and mobile health units. Additionally, through the Northwest Community Action Center, we provide employment support, training, mentoring, case management, and referral services.

Position Details
Compensation
💲 $77.87/hour
Who We’re Looking For
-
A passionate pharmacist committed to serving underserved populations
-
Experience in community or ambulatory care pharmacy settings is preferred
-
Spanish-English bilingual skills are highly valued
-
A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) is preferred, though a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy is required
-
Must hold a current Oregon State Pharmacist License
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Pharmacist, you will:
-
Conduct drug utilization reviews and provide medication counseling
-
Deliver Medication Therapy Management services
-
Engage in Collaborative Drug Therapy Management and disease state management under valid protocols
-
Prescribe medications or devices as authorized
-
Order, interpret, and monitor lab tests to guide treatment

Manage prescription receipt and transfers
-
Oversee pharmacy personnel to ensure all tasks align with scope of practice

Maintain pharmacy security and ensure regulatory compliance for records and inventory
-
Dispense new prescriptions, refills, and medication orders according to provider authorization and clinic protocols

Stay current with licensure and clinical knowledge through continuing education and professional engagement
