Position Details

Compensation
💲 $77.87/hour

Who We’re Looking For

  • A passionate pharmacist committed to serving underserved populations

  • Experience in community or ambulatory care pharmacy settings is preferred

  • Spanish-English bilingual skills are highly valued

  • A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) is preferred, though a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy is required

  • Must hold a current Oregon State Pharmacist License


Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Pharmacist, you will:

  • Conduct drug utilization reviews and provide medication counseling

  • Deliver Medication Therapy Management services

  • Engage in Collaborative Drug Therapy Management and disease state management under valid protocols

  • Prescribe medications or devices as authorized

  • Order, interpret, and monitor lab tests to guide treatment

  • Manage prescription receipt and transfers

  • Oversee pharmacy personnel to ensure all tasks align with scope of practice

  • Maintain pharmacy security and ensure regulatory compliance for records and inventory

  • Dispense new prescriptions, refills, and medication orders according to provider authorization and clinic protocols

  • Stay current with licensure and clinical knowledge through continuing education and professional engagement
