Key Responsibilities

Accurately dispense medications and interpret IV admixture orders, preparing IV solutions as needed
Formulate non-standard pharmaceutical compounds when necessary and maintain precise documentation
Supervise and verify the work of pharmacy support staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in routine inspections of pharmaceutical inventory across departments
Promote safe and effective pharmaceutical care, adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the State of Washington
Completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency program preferred
Minimum of one (1) year of pharmacy experience in a relevant practice setting (hospital, clinic, retail, etc.) preferred
