About the Role
Ro is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to support our patient experience teams. In this cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, clinicians, finance leaders, and business stakeholders to shape strategy and drive meaningful improvements. You’ll lead strategic analyses, measure feature performance, enhance data infrastructure, and help solve complex, unstructured problems—all with the goal of delivering an exceptional experience to our members.
You’re analytical and technically skilled, with a talent for translating complex data into clear insights. You thrive in fast-paced, startup environments where adaptability, curiosity, and ownership are key. Most importantly, you’re passionate about using data to make people healthier.
What You’ll Do

Partner with cross-functional teams to define and drive data-informed strategy.

Lead end-to-end projects that span multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

Deliver actionable insights and clear recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Champion a data-driven culture, from defining KPIs with product teams to optimizing data models with engineering.

Tackle ambiguous, open-ended problems by creating structured analytical frameworks.

Build business intelligence tools and dashboards to support decision-making.

Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities that improve member experience and boost growth KPIs such as conversion and retention.
What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in a data or analytics role.

Expert-level proficiency in SQL.

Strong experience with BI tools (Looker preferred) to visualize and communicate data.

Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

A track record of bringing structure and clarity to unstructured business challenges.

Proven ownership of projects from concept through execution.
Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with Python and relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas).

Experience designing and implementing product analytics tracking.

Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation.

Compensation & Work Environment

Base Salary Range: $132,000 – $155,000
