Position Overview

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, delivering hands-on care and supporting individualized treatment plans for patients in accordance with the standards of physical therapy practiced within the PAM Health system. This role also offers opportunities to contribute to the ongoing development of therapy services across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care as outlined in individualized therapy plans.

  • Support and implement treatment strategies developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed in collaboration with the PT.

  • Foster a supportive and healing environment through compassionate, professional care.

  • Contribute to the continued growth and quality improvement of therapy services within the PAM Health system.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of employment.

  • Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

  • Experience: At least one year of clinical experience is preferred, though not require
