Physical Therapist I – KidStreet Day Program
Part-Time (20 hrs/week) | 2×10 Hour Shifts | Benefits-Eligible
Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist I to join our KidStreet Day Program. In this entry-level role within our Career Advancement Program (CAP), you’ll provide exceptional physical therapy care for children from birth to 21 years of age in an outpatient setting. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to create individualized treatment plans and support each child’s development, recovery, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and Treat: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations; develop and implement individualized treatment plans across a variety of pediatric diagnoses.

Patient & Family Support: Educate and collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, schools, and other providers to ensure continuity of care.

Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records according to departmental standards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow care team members and support staff; provide guidance to aides, assistants, and therapy students.

Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and departmental initiatives.

Maintain Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure treatment areas and equipment are safe, clean, and well-stocked.
Qualifications
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.

Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license through Colorado DORA; must complete credentialing through the Medical Staff Office within 3 months of employment.

Certification: Current BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification.

Preferred: Experience in neurodevelopmental therapy and working with children ages 0–3.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $37.82–$56.73

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours): $78,659.24–$117,988.86
