Vascular Surgeon – U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
The VA is seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Vascular Surgeon to join an interdisciplinary team, providing comprehensive surgical and clinical services under the Section Chief of Vascular Surgery. This role involves clinical management, direct patient care, and adherence to VA policies and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive vascular surgical care to Veterans.
- Maintain CPRS documentation and manage clinic flow.
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
- Attend staff meetings and communicate effectively within the healthcare team.
- Potential involvement in education and research.

Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship (non-citizens may be considered when qualified citizens are not available).
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree from an approved institution.
- Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory.
- Completion of an accredited residency in Vascular Surgery.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation.
