Position Summary
Join MultiCare as a Pharmacist and play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients, nurses, and physicians. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring the safe and accurate preparation, dispensing, and management of medications within a dynamic healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately dispense medications and interpret IV admixture orders, ensuring precise preparation of IV solutions.

Compound specialized pharmaceutical preparations as needed, maintaining complete and accurate documentation.

Supervise and guide pharmacy support staff, taking responsibility for final verification of all completed work.

Conduct inspections of pharmaceutical supplies across departments to ensure compliance and quality.

Promote and uphold the safe, timely, and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services to all patients.
Qualifications

Required:

Active Pharmacist License in the State of Washington

Preferred:

Completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a relevant pharmacy setting (hospital, retail, clinic, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits
