Key responsibilities
The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for evaluating patient-specific medications and clinical data to ensure safety, efficacy, and optimize pharmacoeconomic outcomes. In this role, the pharmacist administers medications, monitors clinical data, educates patients, and provides essential drug information to the healthcare team. The position works closely with Clinical Pharmacy leadership on various projects aimed at enhancing the quality of care and fostering personal and professional growth.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy or PharmD in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

Washington State Pharmacist License upon hire.

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
