About the Job
Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) supports the implementation of comprehensive treatment plans that focus on improving patients’ independence and quality of life. Interventions may address developmental delays, activities of daily living, work readiness, range of motion, coordination, cognition, endurance, and strength-building exercises.

PT Solutions is proud to collaborate with HCA Healthcare, providing exceptional rehabilitation services within a 30-bed hospital accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for both general rehabilitation and stroke specialty care.
Our team is a blend of experienced clinicians and eager new graduates, fostering a vibrant, mentorship-rich environment. We’re passionate about teaching, learning, and delivering patient care that meets the highest standards. The caseload is diverse—approximately 50% neurological—and also includes polytrauma, cardiac rehab, amputations, and other complex conditions, offering a dynamic, fulfilling clinical experience.

Prepare treatment areas and assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering therapy services

What You’ll Need

Graduate of an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Active state licensure
