Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care by accurately processing prescriptions, providing counseling, administering immunizations, and promoting wellness services.

  • Advocate for patients through accessible, compassionate care tailored to diverse backgrounds and needs.

  • Lead and support pharmacy staff, ensuring customer service standards are consistently met and operational goals achieved.

  • Manage compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies, including safety, billing, and inventory practices.

  • Identify community health needs using tools, data, and personal engagement to inform services and patient outreach programs.

  • Participate in health events, such as Wellness Days, to foster deeper community involvement and awareness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (or equivalent FPGE – NABP).

  • Valid pharmacy license at the time of employment.

  • Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or community pharmacy settings.

  • Bilingual communication skills and experience working with diverse patient populations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $98,000 – $172,000 (based on a 40-hour workweek; prorated for part-time roles).

  • Bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance.
