Responsibilities:

  • Execute accounting procedures for financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • Prepare financial statements, conduct branch audits, and manage bank reconciliations.
  • Create journal entries, accruals, and allocations.
  • Contribute to accurate and timely month-end closing.
  • Assist colleagues with accounting policy inquiries.
  • Analyze income statement variances and propose process improvements and cost savings.
  • Manage financial records and support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate across departments.
  • May handle T&E reports and/or sales and other tax returns.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 18 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or within 1 semester of completion).
  • CPA certification within 1-2 years preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Willingness to relocate for future opportunities preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no more than 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; no DUI/DWI in the past 3 years).
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
