What You’ll Be Doing as a Customer Relationship Consultant

Engage with Customers: Actively listen to customers, ask great questions, and understand their financial needs.

Provide Tailored Solutions: Help customers select the best products and services to meet their financial goals.

Conduct ‘My Review’ Appointments: Meet with customers in person or virtually to review their financial goals and offer solutions.

Proactive Customer Outreach: Reach out to customers over the phone to discuss their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

Promote Products and Services: Educate customers on available products and services, and assist them in choosing the best options.

Maintain Customer Records: Ensure customer records are accurate and up-to-date using internal systems.
What We Need from You
To succeed as a Customer Relationship Consultant, you should have the following:

Previous experience working with customers, whether in person or over the phone.
