Respond to external telephone and email enquiries from clients, families, schools, and other agencies

Ensure all email enquiries receive a response within 48 hours

Confidently communicate service details and pricing options

Coordinate client bookings for pre-assessments and full assessments

Maintain positive, productive relationships with clients and partner organisations
