Join Our Team as a Wellness Work & Us Administrator – Make a Difference in Staff Wellbeing

We’re currently looking to recruit a dedicated Wellness Work & Us Administrator for a 3-month fixed term/secondment opportunity until 30/06/25. This is an excellent chance to join our supportive Wellness, Work & Us team based at the Wellness Centre in Bryn-y-Neuadd, Llanfairfechan. As a Wellness Work & Us Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting staff wellbeing services across Mental Health and Learning Disability divisions, offering a welcoming environment and valuable administrative support.

Wellness Work & Us Administrator – Key Role Overview

The Wellness Work & Us Administrator will act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing essential administrative duties that support the Staff Wellness Strategy. Duties include coordinating diaries, preparing reports, arranging meetings, minute-taking, and overseeing the Wellness Centre’s facilities and Staff Gym bookings.

Main Responsibilities of a Wellness Work & Us Administrator

  • Provide frontline administrative and reception support for the Wellness Centre

  • Manage diaries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and organise meetings

  • Prepare meeting papers and take minutes for internal and external meetings

  • Collate, analyse, and report data in line with organisational processes

  • Manage enquiries from staff, visitors, and external stakeholders

  • Ensure the centre is welcoming, equipped, and operating smoothly

Ideal Candidate for the Wellness Work & Us Administrator Role

  • NVQ 3 in Business Administration or equivalent experience

  • GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or above)

  • Significant administrative experience in a busy office environment

  • Strong communication, organisational, and judgement skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

  • Knowledge of NHS systems and processes (desirable)

  • Welsh language skills desirable but not essential
