About the Role:

As a Product Manager (Buyer), you’ll collaborate closely with our supplier partners and sales team to support customers and drive our business forward. You’ll analyze sales and supplier input to make smart purchasing decisions, ensuring we have the right products at the best cost and time. This role is ideal for someone with a knack for procurement or supply chain who’s eager to boost gross profit and expand our market share. Join us in shaping our company’s future!

This hybrid position is based at our Phoenix, AZ headquarters (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Pay: $50,000 – $80,000 annually (base salary + performance-based pay with potential for more based on exceeding targets).

What You’ll Do:

  • Make strategic purchasing decisions for optimal inventory based on sales input, our system, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on go-to-market strategies, negotiate deals, and build strong relationships.
  • Proactively guide and support the Sales team for business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Address disruptions (shipping delays, shortages, price increases) promptly and communicate effectively.
  • Compile and analyze reports to prioritize actions and make informed business decisions.
  • Manage factory backlog by adapting to changing demand and supply.
  • Review and share key supplier information with Sales and other departments.

What You Bring:

  • 1+ years of buying or procurement experience, preferably in distribution.
  • Associate’s degree or higher.
  • Preferred experience in purchasing or product management in the electronics industry.
  • Preferred experience in supply chain or supply chain management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Proven attention to detail, problem-solving skills, quickness, and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through reliably, and work well in a team.
