Overview

Schmidt Wallace Healthcare is offering a paid Administrator in Training (AIT) Program designed for recent graduates eager to build a leadership career in skilled nursing and rehabilitation. This comprehensive, hands-on program offers exposure to all operational departments within our facilities, including:

  • Nursing

  • Business Office

  • Dietary

  • Housekeeping

  • Maintenance

  • Central Supply

  • Medical Records

  • Rehabilitation

As an AIT, you’ll be entrusted with increasing levels of responsibility while gaining practical experience in managing people, budgets, and resources. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop essential leadership skills and advance toward administrative and executive roles within the healthcare field.
