About the Job
As an Assistant Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) at Hartford Nursing and Rehab Center, you will partner closely with the Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations, manage the facility, and drive its profitability while fostering The Ciena Way culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Administrator in achieving financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct annual evaluations of goal success.

Prepare and analyze reports to track the facility’s performance relative to the budget and take corrective actions when necessary.

Assist with recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training of qualified staff to deliver high-quality care and services.

Collaborate with facility leadership to interpret and ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures.

Maintain the highest standards of care at all times.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).

Completion of an AIT program.

State Nursing Home Administrator license, or eligibility to sit for the exam.

Previous healthcare experience preferred.
