About the Job

The Cumberland Valley Regional Clinic Administrator is responsible for overseeing the continuous development, management, and execution of both current and future components of the Ambulatory Services programs, ensuring quality outcomes on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement the overall goals for Ambulatory Services.

  • Lead Physician Services and resolve conflicts among groups and individuals.

  • Analyze and assess goals, objectives, budgets, financial strategies, and operational functions within the scope of responsibility.

  • Assist in the financial review of medical practices to support high-quality care delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with DMV Standards and other licensure requirements.

  • Support the Medical Staff in completing evaluation and utilization review functions.

  • Calculate physician settlements quarterly according to contracts.

  • Prepare the monthly operations book for Ambulatory Services.

  • Review financial statements, accounts receivable, operations, and financial analyses.

  • Prepare financial statements and proposed adjustments for submission to the Corporate Fiscal Department.

  • Develop and implement business plans as necessary.

  • Complete and submit reports in a timely manner as required.

  • Monitor and promote improvements in outcome measurements.

  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field; minimum of five (5) years of experience in a healthcare leadership role.

  • Travel may be required, including some overnight stays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods, walk moderately, lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally, and exert up to 10 pounds of force frequently.

  • Must be capable of enduring excessive typing. Physical demands exceed those of sedentary work.

Specific Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for planning and developing the goals for Ambulatory Services.

  • Accountable for calculating physician settlements quarterly as per contracts.

  • Lead clinic managers/administrators in developing best practices and continuous education efforts.

  • Review financial statements, accounts receivable, operations, and financial analysis reports.

  • Prepare and submit reports for Ambulatory Services.

  • Keep the Administrator of Ambulatory Services informed of activities.
