Location: West University & Main Campus (supporting Primary Care at both sites and two Main Campus specialties)

Salary Range: $112,303 – $138,728 (Based on qualifications including education, experience, and certifications)

Position Overview

The Clinic Administrator III is responsible for the overall leadership and operational oversight of assigned clinic sites. Working in close coordination with Managing Physicians, this role ensures alignment with Kelsey-Seybold’s strategic goals and oversees the implementation of organizational policies and procedures across key functional areas including finance, managed care, quality and risk management, purchasing, marketing, and human resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and coordinate all clinic operations to meet organizational objectives

  • Collaborate with Managing Physicians to achieve clinic and system-wide goals

  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to clinical and business operations

  • Provide leadership across multidisciplinary care teams and ensure service excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic functions, focusing on quality, compliance, and efficiency

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining financial performance

Qualifications

Education

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)

  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field

Experience

  • Required: 3 to 5 years of management or supervisory experience

  • Preferred: Experience in ambulatory care management

Licenses/Certifications

  • Required: None

  • Preferred: None

Special Skills & Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare operations and clinical workflows

  • Proven organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills

  • Experience managing multi-specialty clinics with 15–30 providers or specialty sites with 10+ providers

  • Preferred: Background in managed care
