Hospice Administrator

Job Type: Full Time
Job Location: USA
Company Name: Choice Health at Home

Company Overview

Choice was established in 2007 by David Jackson, a licensed physical therapist, inspired by a deeply personal experience. As a child, David witnessed his grandfather’s courageous battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. That journey left a lasting impact on him, especially the compassion and dedication shown by the nurses, therapists, aides, and other healthcare professionals who supported his family during such a difficult time. Their care meant everything—and became the foundation for his mission.

At Choice, our purpose is rooted in that same spirit of gratitude and support. We are committed to delivering healthcare that uplifts and empowers both our patients and their loved ones. Every action we take is guided by a desire to make meaningful moments and positive experiences possible for the families we serve.
