Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate data entry from providers and receiving pharmacies, maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Safeguard the confidentiality of patient information and ensure the proper handling and destruction of documentation containing sensitive data.

• Support the pharmacy manager in managing staff, responding to calls from major pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies nationwide.

• Oversee the processing, receiving, and transfer of patient prescriptions, ensuring smooth and successful transfers from start to finish.

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and assist with workflow management in support of the pharmacy manager.

• Perform all duties in a manner compliant with corporate policies, state, and federal regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with the St. Louis Pharmacy Manager, New York management team, and Pharmacy Technician staff to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy

• Active and in-good-standing Pennsylvania Pharmacy License

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

• High attention to detail with exceptional accuracy

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and navigate complex software systems
