Your role as a Multi Skilled Operative will involve delivering excellent service, adhering to health and safety standards, and completing jobs efficiently.

Duties of a Multi Skilled Operative

What You’ll Be Doing:

Performing reactive repairs in unoccupied housing units
Tasks include hanging doors, skirting, architraves, lock changes, window and door fixes, kitchen and bathroom fitting, general plumbing, plastering, tiling, and decorating
Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service
Taking ownership of repairs, ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget
