For over half a century, Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) has been dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare and support services to all, with a strong focus on the uninsured, low-income, and underserved. As one of the nation’s top 10 largest Federally Qualified Health Centers, FHCSD operates a vast network of over 90 sites across San Diego County. These include primary care, behavioral health, physical rehabilitation, dental, and vision clinics, as well as substance use treatment programs, mobile units, urgent care centers, PACE centers, and a pharmacy. Each year, our team delivers care to over 227,000 patients, with a significant majority being low-income and uninsured. Furthermore, as a Title X provider, we offer crucial sexual and reproductive health services to over 42,000 individuals annually.
