As a Finance Manager – Capital and Planning, you will:

Coordinate and develop the Council’s Medium Term Financial Plan (MTFP) and long-term Capital Programme.

Work closely with senior leaders, providing expert advice on financial strategy and resource allocation.

Support financial reporting processes, ensuring transparency and accuracy across all planning activities.
