Key Responsibilities for Senior Finance Customer Manager

Champion agile practices across the Lab and platform.

Develop and manage frameworks for product usage analysis.

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships from GEC downwards.

Lead and coach a high-performing team delivering strategic insights.

Implement Root Cause Analysis and robust service provision controls.

Design strategic recommendations balancing customer and business needs.

Collaborate across products to advocate for customer-focused improvements.

Maintain product service delivery standards and drive service enhancements.

Support the creation of epics, features, and user stories at Lab and Team levels.
