Core Responsibilities:

Design, build, test, and troubleshoot Epic Willow medication workflows and configurations.

Collaborate with pharmacy informatics and IT teams to ensure integrated, compliant system solutions.
-
Maintain and update order sets, formulary content, and CPOE protocols.
-
Serve as the primary liaison between Pharmacy and Information Technology teams.
-
Participate in key committee meetings such as Clinical Standard Work (CSW) and Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T).

Promote and implement Epic optimizations and new functionalities.

Participate in on-call rotation for issue resolution and support.
Required Qualifications:
-
Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
-
Active Pharmacist license in Washington State or in the remote work state (must obtain WA license within 6 months of hire).

Epic certification in supported modules or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months.
-
Experience interpreting healthcare regulations and ensuring system compliance (e.g., TJC).
-
Experience in training clinical staff and end-users.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Proficient in health IT systems and pharmacy informatics.

Strong understanding of project management concepts and experience leading small-to-medium projects.
-
Epic Willow build experience; EMR familiarity (e.g., Cerner, Meditech).

HL7 interface knowledge.
-
Pediatric pharmacy experience.
-
Experience with configuration, testing, and deployment of pharmacy software.

At least 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience with demonstrated leadership and operational insight.
Compensation:
-
Salary Range: $139,486 – $209,228 annually (based on full-time, 2080 hours/year).

Final offers are based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
