Position Overview
The University of Kentucky’s Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a part-time STEPS Web Developer to support the Kentucky Maternal Morbidity and Mortality (KyMMM) Task Force. This role is key to creating, managing, and updating a dedicated website that will serve as a comprehensive resource hub for maternal health providers and patients across the state. The ideal candidate will collaborate with team members, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure the site effectively communicates important research, findings, and health information.
Primary Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain the KyMMM Task Force website.

Update content regularly to reflect the latest reports, research, and resources.

Work collaboratively with internal team members and external stakeholders.

Ensure the website addresses care gaps, promotes maternal health equity, and reaches diverse audiences.
Skills and Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Experience in website design and content management systems preferred.
Work Environment & Schedule

On-site in Lexington, KY.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Physical requirements include extended periods of desk/computer work and repetitive motion.
