Kratos is currently seeking Engineering & Cybersecurity students for our Summer Internship Program. As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to tackle challenging technical problems and collaborate with experienced engineers working with cutting-edge technologies. Interns will contribute to customer projects and create real-world solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in system design, coding (using languages like C++, Python, VHDL), Linux, cybersecurity tools, and much more. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to demonstrate your written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with a strong GPA.

  • Minimum of 2 years of completed coursework.

  • Experience in real-time, embedded software design, especially in C++ and/or VHDL/Verilog.

  • Experience delivering complex technical presentations.

  • Knowledge of communication theory or Digital Signal Processing is a plus.

  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly salary ranging from $22 to $25, depending on experience and education.

  • May be eligible for relocation and housing stipends.
