Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a motivated and organized Clinical Education Co-ordinator to join our dedicated Adult Critical Care team. As a Clinical Education Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational development of our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth administration of critical care training and simulation activities. You will work closely with senior colleagues, assisting in organizing training sessions, managing simulation equipment, and handling administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation. Role Overview: Clinical Education Co-ordinator
As a Clinical Education Co-ordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and managing clinical simulation equipment for multi-professional education.

Providing administrative support for workforce and education activities, including data entry and training reports.

Assisting senior staff in workforce management, including tracking attendance and sickness data.
Key Responsibilities of the Clinical Education Co-ordinator
In this role, you will:

Manage and maintain simulation equipment, ensuring proper set-up and infection control practices.

Support clinical education leads with workforce data, including sickness, study leave, and absences.

Ensure electronic rosters are up-to-date and assist with staffing coordination to meet ward requirements.

Organize training applications and maintain a comprehensive education database for the team.
Skills and Qualifications for the Clinical Education Co-ordinator Role
To succeed as a Clinical Education Co-ordinator, you will need:

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with data management, report writing, and maintaining records.
