Premier Foods is looking for a highly organized Office Services Coordinator to join our Head Office team in St Albans. As an Office Services Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all office operations run smoothly and efficiently across our four-floor administrative building. You will oversee site coordination, daily facilities management, and liaise with internal teams and contractors to maintain a clean, modern, and high-performing workplace. Office Services Coordinator Responsibilities – Keeping Operations Seamless

As an Office Services Coordinator, you’ll ensure all office facilities are fully operational, clean, and safe. You’ll also:

  • Monitor communal areas like meeting rooms and car parks daily

  • Manage HVAC systems and BMS adjustments to optimize performance

  • Oversee site maintenance and liaise with contractors and suppliers

  • Contribute to cost-saving and staff-engagement strategies

  • Support colleagues across departments with facility needs

  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with UK legislation

Office Services Coordinator – What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive Office Services Coordinator with:

  • Prior experience in facilities or office management

  • Project management skills and ability to handle mid-sized projects

  • Health & Safety qualification (IOSH minimum, NEBOSH preferred)

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • IT proficiency across various systems and admin platforms

  • A positive, solutions-focused attitude and ability to work under pressure

  • Understanding of building systems and hands-on problem solving
