As a Theatre Administrator (Bank), you will support the hospital’s operating theatres by:

Producing daily paperwork including patient labels, timing sheets, and TCI lists for anaesthetists

Managing spreadsheets for consultant leave, theatre usage, and theatre capacity

Handling queries from departments related to bookings, coding, and patient information

Uploading NJR and Breast Implant forms to national databases and performing annual audits

Occasionally recalling notes for form completion and taking minutes during departmental meetings

What You’ll Bring as a Theatre Administrator (Bank)
We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in administrative roles, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting

Possesses excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills

Is confident with Microsoft Office and open to learning hospital systems

Has a good understanding of medical terminology (desirable but not required)

Is comfortable working independently and handling confidential patient data with care
