Key Responsibilities

Accurately dispense medications and interpret IV admixture orders; prepare and label primary IV solutions.
Compound nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when necessary and maintain complete and accurate documentation.
Oversee support personnel and ensure all completed work meets safety and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of pharmaceutical supplies across service areas.
Promote the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services aligned with patient care protocols.

Qualifications

Completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency (preferred).
Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Washington.
Minimum of one (1) year of pharmacy experience, preferably in a relevant clinical setting (hospital, retail, clinic, etc.).

Salary Range: $72.97 – $93.41/hour (dependent on experience, education, and qualifications).
