Your Role:
As an Accountant, you’ll execute essential accounting procedures and principles, leading to the preparation of financial statements and insightful financial analysis. You’ll gain exposure to various aspects of our business through collaboration with sales and marketing, HR, risk management, and real estate strategy, contributing to exceptional customer service, growth initiatives, operational efficiencies, and profitability.
With increasing business acumen and decision-making abilities, you’ll quickly progress to a supervisory role within a business management team. Our entrepreneurial environment offers limitless potential for your career advancement.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing financial statements.
- Conducting branch audit evaluations.
- Assembling bank reconciliations and account schedules.
- Preparing journal entries, expense accruals, and allocations.
- Participating in a timely and accurate month-end closing process.
- Assisting personnel with accounting policy and procedure inquiries.
- Analyzing income statement fluctuations.
- Contributing process improvement and cost-saving ideas.
- Managing financial records and assisting in financial reporting.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conducting audits and ensuring compliance.
- Collaborating effectively with other departments.
- Potentially managing T&E reports, coding, account classification, and reimbursements.
- Potentially assisting in the preparation of sales and other tax returns.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Flexibility for future career advancement may include relocation.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
