Are you based in West Wickham and passionate about delivering excellent service? Jewson is hiring a Customer Service Advisor – Sales to join our team at our busy West Wickham branch. As a Customer Service Advisor – Sales, you’ll engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone, helping them find the right building materials and solutions. Location: Rays Road, Off Red Lodge Road, West Wickham, BR4 0EJ
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, and every other Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Advisor – Sales
As a Customer Service Advisor – Sales, your key responsibilities include:

Building strong relationships with new and returning customers

Offering product advice and tailored solutions

Processing orders, handling payments, and organizing deliveries

Keeping the store well-organized and well-stocked

Conducting regular inventory checks

Working with the team to spot and suggest improvements
Skills & Experience Needed for a Customer Service Advisor – Sales Role
To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor – Sales, you should have:

Previous customer-facing experience (industry experience a bonus but not essential)
