As a Hybrid Customer Service Specialist, you’ll support our members with their queries, offer expert guidance on our health and life insurance products, and contribute to delivering outstanding customer experiences across multiple platforms including email, phone, and social media.
Shifts: Monday–Friday 08:00–19:00, Saturday 09:00–13:00
Location: Hybrid – 2 office days, 3 remote days

As a Hybrid Customer Service Specialist, your day will involve helping customers with queries related to our services and products, including rewards, life insurance, and technical support. You’ll also support our social media and email channels to ensure consistent, friendly, and accurate service delivery.
