This Foreman role is a fantastic opportunity to lead a skilled team of service engineers, ensuring the smooth servicing, repair, and maintenance of all hire and customer equipment. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations and support training while maintaining the highest safety and stock control standards. Key Responsibilities – Foreman

Supervise daily activities of the service engineering team.

Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments.

Ensure all work meets safety compliance and delivery deadlines.

Organise stock checks and manage assets efficiently.

Support technical development and organise training for the team.

Contribute actively to Speedy’s ESG strategy and operational standards.
What You’ll Need – Foreman

Strong background in mechanical engineering or equipment servicing.

Experience leading a team, ideally in a hire or construction-related industry.

Effective communication and strong organisational skills.

Familiarity with health and safety practices and stock management.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting and lead by example.
