Job Summary – Exams Officer
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Exams Officer to manage and oversee the academy’s examination processes. This role requires a highly organised individual with prior experience in a similar position. You will coordinate and administer both internal and external examinations, including GCSEs and internal assessments for KS3 and KS4.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the exams cycle from planning to execution.

Organise the recruitment, training, and scheduling of exam invigilators.

Ensure accurate entry and reporting of exam data.

Maintain secure storage and distribution of exam materials.
Required Skills & Knowledge:

Previous experience as an Exams Officer or in an exam administration role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Familiarity with Bromcom is advantageous, though training will be provided.
