Job Summary – Exams Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Exams Officer to manage and oversee the academy’s examination processes. This role requires a highly organised individual with prior experience in a similar position. You will coordinate and administer both internal and external examinations, including GCSEs and internal assessments for KS3 and KS4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the exams cycle from planning to execution.

  • Organise the recruitment, training, and scheduling of exam invigilators.

  • Ensure accurate entry and reporting of exam data.

  • Maintain secure storage and distribution of exam materials.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Previous experience as an Exams Officer or in an exam administration role.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

  • Familiarity with Bromcom is advantageous, though training will be provided.
