Key Responsibilities of a University Examination Officer
The role involves working alongside the Assistant Superintendent of Examinations to ensure the effective operation of exams. Duties may include:

Supervising exam venues and external areas.

Setting up exam rooms in line with official seating plans.

Assisting with student entry and departure, while ensuring adherence to exam protocols.

Managing exam materials and supplies.
-
Acting as a liaison between examination venues and University services.

Responding to student concerns professionally and compassionately.

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and academic integrity regulations.
University Examination Officers may also be required to supervise individual exam settings or computer-based assessments.
