 Key Responsibilities – Guest Services Ambassador – Manchester

As a Guest Services Ambassador – Manchester, your duties will include:

  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients and guests

  • Managing reception check-ins and meeting room bookings

  • Maintaining clean and well-prepared meeting spaces

  • Serving refreshments and managing hospitality areas

  • Supporting administrative tasks such as scanning and filing

  • Monitoring tea points and vending areas for cleanliness and stock
