We’re hiring for a Front of House role at Premier Inn Bury St Edmunds Town Centre. As a Front of House team member, you’ll be the friendly face guests see when they arrive and the reason they leave smiling. Whether it’s checking guests in, serving food and drinks, or lending a hand to the housekeeping team, you’ll help create a comfortable, welcoming experience. No experience is required—just bring your positive attitude and great people skills. This is a part-time position with 6 guaranteed hours per week on evenings and weekends, offering up to £12.56 per hour. Immediate start available!

As a Front of House team member, you’ll play a vital role in delivering excellent service to every guest:

  • Greet guests warmly and check them in with ease

  • Serve food and drinks with a smile

  • Support housekeeping when needed to keep rooms guest-ready

  • Create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere

  • Represent Premier Inn with positivity and professionalism

  • Help guests feel valued from check-in to check-out

Pay: Up to £12.56 per hour
Contract: Fixed Term (until 24/07/2025) – no zero hours
Hours: 6 hours per week, evenings & weekends
