As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be a key leader in delivering on our company’s purpose. You’ll exemplify our values through compassionate, patient-centered care and support the Pharmacy Manager in the overall leadership and operations of the pharmacy. This includes guiding and mentoring Pharmacy Technicians and ensuring smooth, efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with patient safety standards, professional pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance guidelines.

  • Deliver exceptional service to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

  • Oversee staff scheduling, personnel performance, and development.

  • Manage inventory, financial performance, and loss prevention efforts.

  • Implement and lead patient care programs that support medication adherence and chronic condition management.

  • Demonstrate leadership by inspiring, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service and results.

  • Adapt and respond effectively to changes in the healthcare landscape.

  • Foster a team-oriented environment rooted in trust, energy, and shared purpose.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy License in the state of employment.

  • Certification to administer immunizations from an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).

  • Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.

  • No current felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in community or retail pharmacy settings.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay range: $60.00 – $73.00
    Actual pay will depend on experience, education, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.
