 Key Responsibilities of a Personal Banker (6 months)

As a Personal Banker (6 months), you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers in-branch. You’ll play a vital role in helping them manage their finances while delivering outstanding service.

  • Engage in proactive conversations to understand customer needs

  • Process payments, transfers, and account inquiries with accuracy

  • Educate customers on different ways to bank and available services

  • Recommend simple financial products and work with internal teams for seamless service

This role is based in the UK and must be carried out within the country. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with some rotational Saturdays and bank holidays included. You’ll benefit from a hybrid and flexible working environment tailored to your needs.
