Key Responsibilities of the Finance Intern – 1 Year Placement

As a Finance Intern – 1 year placement, you will be entrusted with graduate-level responsibilities, offering support in a range of financial activities. Your role will involve:

• Preparing financial statements, management reports, and regulatory documentation

• Collaborating with business units to create financial plans, budgets, and forecasts

• Analyzing financial performance and providing commentary on forecasts vs. actuals

• Supporting period-end close activities and assisting with audit processes

 Skills & Experience for a Successful Finance Intern – 1 Year Placement

We are looking for a Finance Intern – 1 year placement candidate who demonstrates strong academic potential and excellent communication skills. You’ll need:

• A minimum 2:1 in your degree, with a focus on finance or related subjects

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a willingness to learn new systems

• The ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders across departments
